Let's me quickly bust up the fat-storing meals you should avoid at all cost.
Fat-Storing Meal Number One: Fufu
Fufu is a by product of soaking, fermenting and sedimenting
cassava and boiling the starch and pounding or stirring it
continuously in a mortat or pestle until it forms a very sticky
paste.
Fufu is popular in West Africa and also in Nigeria.
But unfortunately it is very
fattening!Fufu is popular in West Africa and also in Nigeria.
Take a
look at this stats:
A wrap of fufu contains 207 calories. You and I also know that an average person will eat at least 2 wraps... that is... 414 calories even without the fatty soups that we eat with it.
It contains 78% carbohydrate and less than 3% protein.
If you want to shed off your belly fat, RUN AWAY, AVOID this food at all cost.
Fat-Storing Meal Number Two: Banga with Edible Cooked Starch

Fat-Storing Meal Number Two: Banga with Edible Cooked Starch
Despite the fact that this meal is eaten by a lot of people,
but unfortunately you are going to hear the truth about it.
The Banga soup alone contains a lot of fat, because it is cooked with palm oil, which contains 99% fat.
Banga soup is eaten with cooked starch, pounded yam and other swallows.
But let's consider cooked starch as the "swallow"...
That cooked Starch alone contains about 500 calories.
You see, in order to prepare Banga soup using palm nuts, you will have likely used an equivalent of 10 - 15 table spoons of palm oil.
I table spoon of Palm oil = 130 calories
15 table spoons = 15 x 130 calories = 1950 calories
Your Banga soup contains 1950 calories while the starch contains 500 calories.
That SINGLE meal will give you 2,450 calories!
Therefore the body will store the excess calories gotten from this meal as fat.
I must warn you: This food is very fattening and if you continue eating it, you will never get rid of your belly fat.
For example, the last time I visited Delta state, one of my relatives (a woman) told me about her embarrassing belly fat is and how she was ready to do all it takes to remove.
Guess what?
After studying the type of foods she eats, I discovered that a lot of them are fat storing food especially the Banga soup and starch.
I gave her a list of foods that she should eat and foods that she should avoid.
At first she refused to stop eating her favourite banga soup and starch. Fortunately, when she listened to my advice she lost almost all her excess belly fat within 2 months.
Are you going to follow my advice and avoid these dangerous fat-storing foods?
